The Glenwood Lynwood Public library opened its doors to the public in October 2008 to serve as an educational resource to the community and to encourage reading and knowledge to the youth through the schools. Interiors for Business, Inc. had the opportunity to contribute to making the environment of the facility as efficient and welcoming as possible.

Interiors for Business worked along with PSA Dewberry/BCA to appropriately place furniture to accommodate the library’s needs. With PSA Dewberry/BCA’s outstanding design, there was little trouble in filling the library with furniture that provided functionality and comfort.

Furnishing a library comes with unique requirements including tables that are adaptable to different areas, lounge areas that are open and inviting to the public, and functional, task-oriented work areas for the employees. All of these needs were met with visually stimulating products from a variety of manufacturers.

This project brought a functional and inviting beauty to a brand new library facility for the surrounding community to enjoy for years to come.
