MarketDelta recently relocated their main office from Chicago to Batavia, Illinois. Their new office resides in what was once a windmill factory founded in 1857. The project goal was to design a contemporary space that would compliment the industrial appearance of the building.

With limestone walls and exposed wood rafters as a starting point, the design team at Interiors for Business, Inc. specified a blend of custom furnishings and Steelcase products to help them achieve their vision. Floor to ceiling glass walls along with an open Post and Beam system were used to provide them with the space division they needed without blocking any natural light.
