IFB partnered with FGM Architects to deliver a 22,000 SQ FT office in Westchester, IL.

The goal of this project was to create a fresh, engaging environment in the western suburbs after the team outgrew their long-term Oakbrook location. Designed to draw employees into the office, the space fosters organic collaboration while supporting focused work through thoughtfully selected furniture and flexible, welcoming layouts.
